Pastor Al began his tenure at First Baptist Church of Holyoke in December of 2021, and is committed to expositional teaching and preaching of Scripture. He also has a passion for discipleship and worldwide missions. He has been married to his lovely wife and ministry partner, Connie, since 1980. They have two sons.
Ismael Lopez
Pastor - Spanish congregation
Pastor Ismael and his wife, Esmyrna, have been faithful servants of Christ to the Hispanic communities of northeastern Colorado and southwestern Nebraska for several decades. Since 2009, Pastor Ismael has been the shepherd of the Hispanic congregation of First Baptist Church of Holyoke.
Imer Rodriguez
Chairman of Deacons
Imer Rodriguez has served in a wide variety of ministries at First Baptist Church. He is currently a deacon, worship leader, BASIC Training leader and vacation Bible school helper. Imer and his wife Darci are actively involved in both the Sunday morning service in English and the Sunday evening service in Spanish.
Ivan Wiebke
Deacon
Ivan Wiebke has served as a FBC Deacon since 2021. Ivan previously served as a Trustee, and as Church Treasurer for 10 years. He also helped with the AWANA program for many years and has been part of the praise team since 2005. Ivan has been married to Julie for 36 years and they have 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He has been on numerous work mission trips in the last 20 years and will soon be taking a mission trip to Rwanda with 6 young people and 2 other adults.
Rick Haynes
Deacon
Rick and his wife Kathy have been members of first Baptist for 30 plus years.
It has been his privilege to serve in several offices through the years and
work with young people in AWANA and now B.A.S.I.C (Brothers and Sisters
in Christ). His prayer is that others will be as blessed in this body as they
have. The deacon board is here to help accomplish that. Do not hesitate to reach out to him!

Chip Lietz
Deacon
Chip has been a deacon for a year and a half now. He was also a trustee for a couple years previous. He and his wife, Amanda , are blessed to be members of this church and Chip feels blessed to be able to serve you all as a deacon.
